Across our North American footprint, we are deploying innovative cooling solutions, implementing ISO 14001 certification and investing more than $48 million in ESG-focused capital improvements since 2016. Our sites are designed for energy efficiency, water conservation and ecosystem restoration. Sustainability at Cologix is a responsibility we actively uphold to benefit our customers, communities and the planet.

Social
Our people are the foundation of our success, and we are committed to continuing a culture where every team member is valued and empowered. We’ve formalized initiatives like the Cologix Women’s Connection Network, monthly Culture Club events and education budgets that support career growth and development. In 2024, we reported zero lost-time injuries and saw 100% completion of quarterly social and culture and ethics trainings. We continue to promote volunteerism and community giving through programs like VOLT and Cologix Cares.

For Cologix, good governance and a commitment to ethics, integrity and trust have been at the heart of our company from the beginning. We prioritize and maintain compliance across ISO 27001, SOC 1 and 2, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS standards and align with global frameworks such as SASB, TCFD, GRI, and ISSB to drive transparency and accountability. We also maintain a rigorous Supplier Code of Conduct to support responsible growth across our value chain.
