For customers in the healthcare industry, data security is a legal and ethical imperative. Cologix has implemented a comprehensive set of administrative, physical and technical safeguards to ensure compliance with the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). - EcoVadis: Driving Responsibility and Resilience
In 2023, Cologix earned EcoVadis’ Silver Medal in recognition of our sustainability efforts. EcoVadis is a globally recognized platform that monitors the sustainability performance of companies in every sector. Their framework assesses a company’s work across environment, labor and human rights, ethics, sustainable procurement and other areas. EcoVadis also compares our progress to industry peers, giving us valuable insights into where we stand and where we can improve across key sustainability criteria. - Energy Star Certification: Walking Our Talk
Energy Star certification is part of our effort to achieve carbon neutrality in Scope 1 and Scope 2 by 2030. In 2023, we received Energy Star certification for four of our facilities: COL1, COL2, COL3, and SV1.
Energy Star and EcoVadis play pivotal roles in Cologix’s pursuit of operational excellence. These accolades show our adherence to rigorous industry benchmarks. They reflect our commitment to meeting the highest operational and environmental standards in our industry. We are also implementing LEED Certification in new builds at Cologix. Our new Montreal building will target LEED Gold with its completion in 2024.
