Momentum: Cologix’s 3rd Annual ESG Report

Today, I’m proud to share with you our 3^rd Annual ESG Report titled “Building Renewable Momentum” and ask for your continued engagement and collaboration. Our annual ESG report is an opportunity for us to share our successes, demonstrate how we are meeting the challenges ahead and continue our efforts toward Cologix being a good steward of our resources and our planet. We set ambitious ESG goals for ourselves – most notably to achieve 100% carbon neutrality in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and transition fully to renewable energy by 2030. We know reaching these goals requires focus and teamwork.

You may have heard our leadership team mention momentum more than once this year. We have accelerated every area of our business, and we have the momentum to use more sustainable energy, as well. As Cologix continues to expand our operational footprint, we must do so responsibly to help ensure the long-term health of our planet.

Throughout our report, you’ll read stories of the collaborative efforts that put our ESG strategies into action during 2022. Our accomplishments and results across our environmental, social and governance initiatives include:

• Launching our Supplier Code of Conduct – a policy that aligns with our Code of Ethical Standards
• Reaching 65% carbon neutrality across our footprint
• Achieving 100% employee participation for Q4 2022 DEI-related training
• Growing the engagement and influence of key employee forums such as the Cologix’s Women Connection Network as well as our Culture Club
• Implementing a company-wide Volunteer Time Off policy
• Earning the EcoVadis’ Silver Medal, positioning us in the top 20% of companies in our sector based on a wide array of ESG-related criteria.

We are committed to continuing our sustainability efforts every day across the company, and I am so proud of what our team and partners have achieved thus far.
