Announcing Our 5th Annual ESG Report: The Power of Connection

I’m honored to be a part of the team launching our 5th Annual ESG Report, The Power of Connection. This year’s report reflects how Cologix continues to scale responsibly while deepening our commitment to environmental sustainability, social impact and strong governance.

At Cologix, connection has always been a cornerstone of our business. While our industry often defines “connection” in technical terms, at Cologix it means something more — connection is how we align our people, platform and purpose. It’s how we move forward together, build resilience into our operations and lead with integrity.

In 2024, this spirit of connection helped us navigate our fastest growth period yet while advancing our ESG Roadmap in meaningful ways. We are pleased to highlight the following milestones from this year’s report:

• 65% of our energy usage came from carbon-free sources, even as we significantly expanded our footprint.
• We continued to prioritize sustainable building practices through our Basis of Design, incorporating energy, water and materials efficiency into our growth strategy.
• We grew our team at a record pace, welcoming new hires while also strengthening engagement across teams.
• We remained grounded in our values and culture – working as a team, prioritizing our customers, driving success through accountability and results.
• We made career development a core focus, expanding efforts in leadership development, professional training and clear career pathing.
• We published new ESG-focused corporate policies, including Human Rights, Anti-Corruption, DEI and Whistleblower Protection — reinforcing our commitment to transparency and accountability.

These accomplishments are not just milestones; they’re the result of connection in action. They’re a reflection of the trust we build with our customers, the collaboration among our employees and the shared vision that guides how we scale.

We also continued building on the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) introduced last year to track our progress against ESG goals in real-time. These KPIs help ensure that we are not just measuring activity, but outcomes. They help us hold ourselves accountable to our purpose-driven mission.

As we look ahead, we remain committed to evolving with the data center industry and the global sustainability landscape. But no matter how much we grow or change, our purpose will stay the same: to be good stewards of our environment, our people and the communities we serve.
